Sorting through Your Past…

…blog posts, that is! I don’t usually post on Tuesdays, but Carla Jansen @ Carla’s Writing World gave me the 7x7 Links Award! I’ve seen this around the blogosphere and I think it’s a cool award. It’s a fun way to go through old blog posts! For this award, I must choose one of my blog posts for each category:
MOST BEAUTIFUL: K is for Kindergarten
MOST HELPFUL: This one is probably last Friday’s post (5 Grammar Pet Peeves), but I’ll go with a more fun helpful post– Creating Your Personal Universe Deck
MOST SURPRISINGLY SUCCESSFUL: The Rejection Numbers of 14 Famous Writers
MOST UNDERRATED: Christina Aguilera and Reinvention AND (I know, I’m sort of cheating here, heehee) 2 Things Learned from a Baseball Game

Thanks for the award, Carla! It was fun journeying along memory lane. If you don’t know Carla @ Carla’s Writing World, be sure to go over and say hello! She’s super sweet and her posts are fun and insightful about writing for children and children’s books/publishing.
I would like to pass this award on to the following blogs:
• Bluestocking @ The Bluestocking Blog She posts every Wednesday with helpful advice and terrific resources!
• Crystal Cheverie @ Little Bundle of Contradictions Crystal is a new pal I met through a blogfest. Her posts on book reviews and the ups and downs of the writing life are filled with her delightful personality!
• Susan Sipal @ Harry Potter for Writers Even if you’re not a Harry Potter/J.K. Rowling fan (which would probably mean you’re visiting from another planet) you can learn A LOT from Susan’s posts. She dissects and turns upside down and inside out everything there is to know about the world of Harry and how Rowling managed it all. It’s a fascinating resource for all writers!
Happy Tuesday, Zigzaggers! Hope you’re all having a great week!
